, 2012, by and between the Board of Trustees of the Sacramento City Unified School District (“District”) and California Montessori Project (“Non-Profit”), a California non- profit public benefit corporation, operating California Montessori Project-Capitol Campus (“Charter School”), a public charter school chartered by the District. The District, the Non-Profit and the Charter School are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall be enforceable only following execution by both Parties and ratification or approval by the governing boards of each of the Parties.
