This Operational Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 22, 2022, by and between the Board of Education of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District (“District”) and the Pacific Charter Institute (“Non-Profit”), a California non-profit public benefit corporation, operating New Pacific School – Rancho Cordova (“Charter School”), a public charter school chartered by the District. The District, the Non-Profit and the Charter School are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall be enforceable only following execution by both Parties and ratification or approval by the governing boards of each of the Parties.
