THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Development Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2023, by and between the COUNTY OF NEVADA, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and RISE GRASS VALLEY, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Developer”). For the purposes of this Development Agreement, County and Developer are referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
