This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of October 24, 2023, by and between FREESTONE ON MAIN, LLC (the “Developer”) and the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, 121 N. Rouse Ave., Bozeman, Montana 59771 (the “City”). The Developer and the City are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
