THIS AGREEMENT, made on or as of the 2nd day of June, 2020, by and between the CITY OF EAGAN, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”) and COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the “Association”).
