Date of meeting: 20th June 2019 Item Title: Collaborative Working Agreement (CWA) Executive Summary: As part of the Health and Wellbeing Board’s (HWB) development as system leaders and the development of the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWS), work has been undertaken to draft a Collaborative Working Agreement (CWA) between the HWB, West Sussex Safeguarding Children’s Board (WSSCP), West Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board (WSSAB), and Safer West Sussex Partnership (SWSP). The purpose of the agreement is to outline the cooperative working relationship between the four boards and partnerships to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of all residents of West Sussex and safeguard children, young people and adults, particularly those who are vulnerable to abuse and neglect. The four boards and partnerships are all part of the West Sussex multi-organisational system and have key interrelationships between them.
