The undersigned (Applicant) hereby applies this day of , 20 , to the Gibraltar School Board or its designee of the Gibraltar School District (School District) for community group use of the Door Community Auditorium, and if this application is granted, in consideration of the granting of the application and other consideration set forth, hereby agrees that this application constitutes a binding Contract between the undersigned and the School District for the use of school facilities.
