This Master License and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), and the exhibits hereto, made and entered into as of this day of 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Effingham County (GA) Prison (the “County’’) and HomeWAV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“HomeWAV”). Each of the County and HomeWAV may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
