This Data Virtuality Master License and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Data Virtuality, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Data Virtuality”) and each party (a “Client”) that executes an Order Form for the Services, as defined below. Between Data Virtuality and each Client the Agreement consists of the Terms and Conditions, following schedules (“Schedules”), each Order Form, including any exhibits, and each amendment of any of the foregoing. This Agreement is effective as of the contract start date specified in the Client’s initial Order Form, or if not further specified as of the date of signature of Client’s initial Order Form (the “Effective Date”).
