AMENDMENT NO.: 2Contract Renewal • June 25th, 2018
This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of July 1, 2018, to the Construction and Industrial Equipment Contract No. 22101000-15-1 (“Contract”), is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and Clark Equipment Company (“Contractor”) collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
