RIGHTS (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the TOWN OF MEAD, COLORADO, a municipal corporation, by its Board of Trustees (the “Town”), and FRONT RANGE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, “Master Developer”). The effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) is the effective date of Ordinance No. , Series of 2023 (the “Enabling Ordinance”).
