This AMENDMENT NO. 1, dated February 13, 2025 (this “Amendment”), is to the SALE AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, dated as of January 29, 2025 (the “Sale and Servicing Agreement”), among TOYOTA AUTO RECEIVABLES 2025‑A OWNER TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust, as issuer (the “Issuer”), TOYOTA AUTO FINANCE RECEIVABLES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as seller (the “Seller”), and TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT CORPORATION, a California corporation, as servicer (the “Servicer”) and as sponsor (the “Sponsor”).
