This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED 10.0% NOTE, dated as of December 15, 2022 (this “Amendment”), is by and between Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), and Parallaxes Capital Opportunity Fund IV, L.P.
