This Enthought Canopy Academic Institution License with EToD Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Enthought, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Enthought”) and a degree-granting institution, who as licensee accepts the terms of this Agreement (the “Academic Sponsoring Institution” or “ASI”). The effective date of this Agreement is the earlier of the date ASI accepts this Agreement or the first date ASI uses the Licensed Materials (the “Effective Date”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Licensed Materials. By Accessing, installing or using the Licensed Materials, ASI signifies its assent to and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If ASI does not accept the terms of this Agreement, then ASI must not use the Licensed Materials.
