The following Payment Gateway Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are made by and between ACH Solutions Inc., (hereinafter, "Service Provider") a wholly owned subsidiary of United Merchant Services of CA, Inc. and the individual or business entity ("Originator") enjoined by this Agreement and the ACH Application for the purpose of permitting the Originator to originate ACH transactions through the Service Provider's gateway. This Agreement is expressly for ACH entries that occur within the United States of America and strictly for the business purposes stated in ACH Application and no other.
