By storing and using (whether or not authorized by you) your Mobile Credit Card, you will be considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and the AEON Cardholder Agreement and will be bound by them. We reserve the right to decline any enrollment of your AEON Card to your mobile wallet without any reasons provided. You also acknowledge that your use of the mobile payment is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by mobile wallet providers with respect to the use of mobile payment, which will not change or override these Terms and Conditions.
