This Addendum to the Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff Rigoberto Rojas (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Weingart Center Association (“Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
