THIS ADDENDUM (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, (“County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and Harris Recording Solutions, (“HRS”), an unincorporated business unit of Manatron, Inc., a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas, (hereinafter each referred to as a “party” or collectively as the “parties”).
