EARLY WITHDRAWAL PENALTY- A penalty may be imposed for withdrawals before maturity. The penalty we may impose will equal 180 days interest on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty. In certain circumstances, such as the death or incompetence of an owner of this account, the law permits or in some cases requires the waiver of the early withdrawal penalty. See your Plan Disclosure if this account is part of an IRA or another tax-qualified plan.

The renewal term for this certificate of deposit will auto-renew to the 24-month certificate. The interest rate will be the same as on new IRA Certificates of Deposit on the maturity date which has the same term, minimum balance (if any) and other features as the original Certificate of Deposit. There is a seven (7) calendar day grace period following the maturity of this account during which you may withdraw the funds without being charged an early withdrawal penalty.
