THIS ADDENDUM dated this day of October, 2018, supplements, amends and modifies the terms and conditions of the 2017 Edition of AIA Document A105, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for a Small Project for the Village of the Willowbrook Board of Trustees and Community Center, 825 Midway Drive, Willowbrook, Illinois Phase I Shell Renovation ("Agreement") and is hereby incorporated into the Agreement.
