This is an agreement (“Agreement”) by and between MARIN COUNTY (County) and THE PARTNERSHIP HEALTHPLAN OF CALIFORNIA (PHC), a locally governed and operated public health plan, under which the County shall pay PHC to enroll eligible children from six years of age through eighteen years of age in a health insurance program providing medical, dental, mental health and vision services in the Healthy Kids Program; or to provide up to three months of ‘hardship funds’ for any enrolled child while payment issues are resolved.
