THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND SHELTER NETWORK THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and Shelter Network, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; and WHEREAS, on February 10, 2009, the parties hereto under Agreement 61000-09- C215 entered into an agreement, (the “Original Agreement”), for the furnishing of shelter to qualifying offenders by Shelter Network to County, as set forth in that Agreement; and WHEREAS, on June 16, 2009, the under Resolution 070209 the Original Agreement was amended to increase funding in the amount of $72,500, for a new maximum obligation of$125,000, and to extend the term to January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010; and WHEREAS, on Marc

FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND SHELTER NETWORK THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and SHELTER NETWORK, hereinafter called "Contractor";W I T N E S S E T H:WHEREAS, on February 10, 2009, the parties hereto under Agreement 61000-09- C215 entered into an agreement, (the “Original Agreement”), for the furnishing of shelter to qualifying offenders by Shelter Network to County as set forth in that Agreement; and WHEREAS, it is now necessary and the mutual desire and intent of the parties hereto to amend the Original Agreement to increase funding effective January 1, 2009, in the amount of $72,500, for a new maximum obligation of $125,000, and to extend the term to January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
