This Agreement for Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is by and between Comal County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "County") and Central Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "DRC"). In this Agreement, the County and the DRC sometimes are referred to jointly as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
