THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 29th day of March, 2011, by and between The City of Maricopa, ARIZONA, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”), and Cactus Transport, Inc., an Arizona corporation doing business as Cactus Asphalt, (“Contractor”), for the application of tire rubber modified surface seal (“TRMSS”) on various City streets.
