THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the day of 2022, by and between CITY of FIREBAUGH, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called “CITY” and the Fresno County Fire Protection District, a California Special District, organized under the Fire Protection District Law of 1987 (Health & Safety Code, § 13800 et. seq.), hereinafter called “DISTRICT”. The City and District are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
