This Agreement for CancerMPact and Epi Database Subscription Services (“Agreement”) is between Oracle (China) Software Systems Co, Ltd (“Oracle China”), and the individual or entity (“Client” or “You”) which has accepted this Agreement through a document which references this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in the Definitions section below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern Orders placed under this Agreement.
