This is the First Amendment of the Agreement for Full Build-out of South Lake Regional Park and Max Hooks Road Phase 1 Improvement between Lake County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“the COUNTY”), by and through its Board of County Commissioners, and Oelrich Construction, Inc., a Florida corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida (the “CONTRACTOR”).
