THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of , 2020 by and between the CITY OF BIDDEFORD, a Maine municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Maine and located in York County (hereinafter “Biddeford”') and the CITY OF SACO, a Maine municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Maine and located in York County (hereinafter “Saco''), collectively (“The Parties”).
