This Agreement Regarding Responsibilities Related to Pedestrian Overcrossing Project and Exchange of Real Property, dated as of , 2021, is entered into by and between the City of Woodland, a municipal corporation and general law city (“City”), and Foundation for Excellence at Woodland Christian Schools, a California nonprofit corporation (“WCS”). City and WCS are each respectively referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
