This Agreement is made, dated and entered into as of the day of , 2015, by and between the City of Durham (“City”), on behalf of the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO), hereinafter called “Sponsor” and the North Carolina State University (NCSU) for its Institute of Transportation Research and Education (ITRE), hereinafter called “University”, hereinafter jointly called “Parties.”
