Initial Term: The "Initial Term" shall begin on October 1, 2013 and end upon the completion of 24 months. This Agreement will be automatically extended ("Extended Term") on a month to month basis upon the expiration of the Initial Term, unless either party has delivered written notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement at least 60 days prior to the end of the Initial Term. Either party may terminate the Agreement during the Extended Term upon sixty 60 days prior written notice. Term shall mean the Initial Term and the Extended Term.

Upon expiration of the Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”). The terms of the Agreement will continue to apply during any service-specific commitments that extend beyond the Term.

This Amendment No. 6, effective as of the last date signed by a Party (“Effective Date”) and amending Restated and Amended Master Services and Software License Agreement Number 53258.C, is by and between Amdocs Development Limited, a Cyprus corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier” or “Amdocs”), and AT&T Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “AT&T”), each of which may be referred to in the singular as a “Party” or in the plural as the “Parties.”
