This Amendment (“Amendment”) effective May 1, 2021, to the Technology Products, Services, Solutions, and Related Products and Services Alternate Contract Source No. 43210000-US-16- ACS (“ACS” or “Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Insight Public Sector, Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the ACS Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
