This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 12, 2021, among Solo Brands, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (f/k/a Solo DTC Brands, LLC (f/k/a Frontline Advance, LLC)) (the “Borrower”), Solo Stove Intermediate, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Holdings”), JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, including any branches and affiliates thereof and any successor thereto, the “Administrative Agent”), collateral agent (in such capacity, including any successor thereto, the “Collateral Agent” and letter of credit issuer (in such capacity, “L/C Issuer”) under the Loan Documents and each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and, individually, each, a “Lender”).
