WHEREAS, ENGINEER and OWNER entered into the Agreement for the the review of based designs of the Munster Dyer and Munster Rigid train stations prepared by the Joint Venture for NICTD and to assist the Town of Munster develop a list of station betterment requests to the base designs.; and
