This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between MWE Services Inc., dba Midwest Demolition Company, 1935 Yolande Ave., Lincoln, NE 68521 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 7, 2023, executed under City Executive Order No. 97402, and County Contract C-23-0140, dated March 7, 2023, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 21, 2023, for Unit Price – Demolition Services, Bid No. 23-023, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
