Also included in this Project is the coordination and/or identification of items provided by Owner in the form of record drawings of access roads, service yards, on-site utilities, off-site utilities up to a distance of three hundred (300) feet from the Project, demolition work, integration of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems serving existing and new construction, and the Architect’s field measurements of existing building facilities if order for the Architect to perform its services consistent with the professional skill and care ordinarily provided by architects practicing in the same or similar locality under the same or similar circumstances.
