AGREEMENT made this 1st day of July 2025, between the Gloucester County Special Services School District Board of Education, 360 Tanyard Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 (hereinafter called the Board) and Garrison Architects, 713 Creek Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031 (hereinafter called the Architect) for the calendar period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The Board reserves the right to execute an annual renewal for 2026 – 2027 and 2027 – 2028 school years on or before July 1 each year. The Purchasing Agent may negotiate terms for renewal of this contract and present such a negotiated contract to the Board.
