This Contract is between the City of Nacogdoches, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, (the “City”) and Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. (the “Consultant”), whereby the Consultant agrees to provide the City with certain professional services as described herein and the City agrees to pay the Consultant for those services.
