RENEWAL CONTRACT (this “Amendment”) is made, entered into, and effective as of July 1, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE SCHOOL BOARD OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”), a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose principal place of business is 2855 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33966; THE ATHENIAN ACADEMY, INC., a/k/a Athenian Academy, Inc., d/b/a Athenian Academy Charter School, a Florida nonprofit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Assignor”), whose principal place of business is 18851 Oak Center Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33967; and Florida Charter School Organization III, a Florida nonprofit corporation, d/b/a Capstone Academy Charter School Fort Myers (hereinafter referred to as “Assignee,” and together with the Sponsor and the Assignor, the “Parties”), whose mailing address is 11421 NW 56 Drive, Coral Springs, Florida 33076.
