THIS CONTRACT ("Contract") is made and entered into on December 1, 2024, by and between MARBELLA ON CYPRESS CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation ("Association"), and ALLIED PROPERTY GROUP, INC., a Florida Corporation ("Allied"). The Association and Allied may individually be referred to as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties".
