The Cash Back Program provides Business Checking Accounts* with cash back rewards for using their Broadway Bank Business Visa® Debit Card when making Point of Sale (POS) purchases. This agreement covers the terms and conditions of this program. BNB business customers enrolled in the program are referred to in this agreement as “participants”, “you”, “your”, or “cardholders.”
