This Agreement describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which ChargePoint will provide electric vehicle (“EV”) charging services to EV drivers (the “Service”). Under the terms of the Service, Subscriber will be entitled to select the locations (each, a “Location”), and the prices, at which EV drivers may charge. The Service is offered as a subscription. In order to deliver the Service, ChargePoint will install one or more EV charging stations (“Charging Stations”) at each Location after consultation with, and at Locations acceptable to, Subscriber. Subscriber and CPI are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
