THIS AGREEMENT is a Charter School Contract, authorized pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 17, Chapter 42, and executed by and between the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (“BESE”) and Lycee Francais de la Nouvelle Orleans, Inc.
