In addition to the Service Agreement between Addova and Customer, including any document incorporated by reference therein (collectively the “Agreement”), of which this Schedule is a part, Customer agrees that the following terms and conditions apply to Addova’s Cloud Hosting Services (“Cloud Services”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Schedule and the Agreement, this Schedule shall control with respect to the Cloud Services. The parties agree as follows:
