This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the signature below (“Effective Date”) by and between EverythingBenefits, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EverythingBenefits”, “We” or “Us”) and entity named below (“Client”, “You” or “Your”). This Agreement is subject to, and incorporates by reference, the terms of the Master Services Agreement available at www.everythingbenefits.com/msa (the “Terms”). Any capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in such Terms.
