This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 238 of the Wisconsin Statutes between the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (“WEDC”), a public body corporate and politic authorized to grant funds for the purpose of economic development pursuant to Chapter 238 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and City of Dodgeville (“Recipient”). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 1 of this Agreement.
