This Community Investment Portal User Agreement (“Portal User Agreement” or “Agreement”) governs the use of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s (the “Bank”) Community Investment Portal (“Portal”) in connection with one or more projects (each a “Project”) relating to the Bank’s Community Investment programs (each a “Bank Program”), involving the Bank, a Bank member (“Member”), and/or a Project Sponsor (“Sponsor”), as may be applicable (collectively, the “Parties”), to facilitate secure and confidential information sharing among and between the Parties, solely with regards to a Project.
