• “Any Listed Entity [ECMT is a listed entity], may become a Party to this Agreement by executing and delivering this Agreement to the Secretary at any time, whether before or after the Effective Date, on or before January 31, 2022, or such other date as may be determined by the Community Renewable Energy Board (“Participation Deadline”).”1 The Board changed the participation deadline to May 31, 2022 in Resolution 21-20.
