This Continuity of Work Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2013 by and between the Board of Trustees of the El Monte Union High School District, and its successors or assigns, (hereinafter the “District”), the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”), and the signatory Craft Councils and Unions signing this Agreement (hereinafter together with the Council, collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). This Agreement establishes the labor relations Policies and Procedures for the District and for the craft employees represented by the Unions engaged in the District’s Improvement Projects funded through and resulting from the passage of Measure “D”’. The District, Council and Unions are hereinafter referred to herein, as the context may require, as “Party” or “Parties.”
