CONTRACT SCOPE/OVERVIEW: This Collective Number CN00038402 (identified here and in other documents as the “Contract”) will cover the requirements of Commonwealth agencies for Bituminous Stockpile Patching Material (Cold Mix) 5610-37. This Contract is for the line items identified in the Excel Worksheet referenced within these Specifications. As the primary user of this Contract, the Department of Transportation is referenced herein as the “Department”.
